How are the rooms equipped?

• Bed with mattress (no bedding)
• Wardrobe
• Desk with one chair
• Dining table with two chairs
• Coatrack
• Shower/toilet
• Kitchen set with two hotplates, fridge with freezer, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard
• Cable TV connection, Internet LAN, WiFi

Is there any dishware available?
No.

Who cleans the apartments?
Each tenant should do his/her own cleaning. The landlord checks the condition of the apartment once a year.

Can I bring my own bed?
Yes. In this case, the building administration will put the existing bed in storage. For this, a monthly storage fee of € 5.00 is collected.

Is there TV?
There is a cable connection in each student apartment. Each tenant must bring their own TV with a DVB-C receiver.

Internet & WiFi
Each student apartment has a LAN connection. WiFi use in the apartments and on the campus area (Techno-Zfreewifi also outdoors) possible.

Fire alarm system
Each campus building is equipped with a fire alarm system. There is a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket on each floor. In campuses 3 and 4 smoke detectors are located in all corridors.

Are pets allowed?
No.
